Favalon AL640 is an LTE Cat 4 wireless communication module that supports 3GPP Release 10 technology and is developed on the Qualcomm MDM9607 platform. Supports a maximum downlink rate of 150Mbps and a maximum uplink rate of 50Mbps, providing high-performance and low latency networks.

AL640 Size 37.5 × 33 × 3.0mm, packaged with LGA, making it easy for customers to flexibly develop terminal devices. AL640  covers domestic mobile networks and can operate in multiple frequency bands of LTE-TDD, LTE-FDD, WCDMA, and GSM network formats.。

AL640 is designed specifically for automotive front-end applications, integrating multiple standard interfaces (including USIM, USB2.0, PCM/I) from a customer perspective ² S and UART  to meet customer interface requirements. Supports analog audio, with optional internal and external CODEC digital audio. It has powerful safety features and is suitable for automotive application scenarios. AL640 was developed according to the IATF16949 system, following the APQP quality process and supporting PPAP submission standards.
