1. Research and track technology within the same industry or even across industries, with the aim of introducing it into actual products;

2. To achieve the transformation from technology to products and generate necessary outputs;

3. Conduct company level technical planning;

4. Provide technical support for company level description/communication/declaration activities.

1. At least 5 years of research and development experience (both hardware and software are acceptable);

2. Has a wide range of knowledge and a good understanding of hardware, software, and the entire machine;

3. Experience in reliability is preferred;

4. Work experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

5. Strong learning ability and good at researching new technological trends.
